We are two young adults who have been training for football for about 3 years now, over the years we've had tremendous success with our workout routine. During our time away from the gym, people would ask us to give them pointers and tips about how to work out and where to start. So instead of just telling those certain people about how to get started working out, we decided to tell the entire world. 


History of project

As stated above many people, young and old, have come to us asking for starting pointers of working out and what we do to stay fit. so, one day we just came up with this idea to make a website that well bring many aspects of staying fit together. These aspects include weightlifting, aerobics, and nutrition. We enjoy helping anyone who wants to learn and has the desire to get in shape. Our users

This site is for people who are looking for something to help them start getting in shape. We are not guaranteed to make you into a body builder or insure you that you will be able to run a marathon but, we will give you the basics about how to exercise and lift wieghts as well as eating healthier foods.
