Introduction to Weight Lifting

There are many different weight lifting exercises to strengthen different parts of the body. For example, bench press is to build the chest and arm muscles. Barbell curls to build bicep muscles and tricep extensions for triceps. For legs and lower body, there are squats, calf raises, and leg presses.
